We are a married couple with several years' experience of professional dog sitting and grooming. Our passion is to make dogs feel at ease and comfortable when away from their familiar surroundings.
Patience, nurturing and exhibiting an abundance of love and affection come naturally to us - dogs are another member of the family!
From big dogs to small dogs and everything in between, they all have their own personality and individual traits so getting to know them is not only exciting for us, but also provides for an enjoyable daily environment.
Our salon-like grooming station houses all the necessities to make your dog's beauty treatments, baths and hair cuts safe, relaxing and stress-free.
Once you've experienced the high standard of care and services that we offer, you will never leave your dog in a boarding kennel again!
Services - DOGS
Monday - Friday
$35.00 per day (drop off from 7.30am onwards, pick up by 7.30pm at the latest)
Pick ups after 7.30pm will be charged an extra $20.00
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
$40.00 per day (drop off from 9.00am onwards, pick up by 6.00pm at the latest)
Pick ups after 6.00pm will be charged an extra $20.00
(discount for second or third dog)
Play dates and half days available for $25.00

We provide 24 hour a day supervision where your dog will have free run of the house, a huge secure yard to run around in and endless love, cuddles and attention.?
Pre-booking is advised as well as meet 'n' greet, however, last-minute bookings are welcome too!!
Small dog $25.00, medium dog $35.00, large dog $45.00 (price varies according to hair length) - stress-free wash and blow dry in pampering environment with gentle and cleansing products
Price starts from $50.00 for small dog - including full hair cut, nail trim and fine facial trimming - (exact price upon confirmation of size of dog and level of service required, i.e. matted, extra long hair etc.)
Pick up and drop offs can be arranged for a fee of $25.00

Vet visit $25.00 per hour
If you stumble upon an emergency where your pooch needs to spend the night after day care, the regular overnight fee of $45.00 will apply.
Services - CATS
In-home visits include feeding, water replenishment, cleaning of food/water bowls, litter trays cleaned, administration of medication (if required) and play. Rates are charged per cat per visit starting at $15.00, higher charge if location is outside of George Town. Contact us for an exact quote.?
Does your four-legged fur baby get nervous and anxious going to the groomer?
Well, here at Just Like Home, we take time to get to know your pawsome pooch first, allowing them to feel comfortable and relaxed before beginning their salon treatment.
They will not be kept in a restrictive cage either before or after their appointment. They are given the same love, care and attention as our daycare and dog sitting dogs.
Doggy parents are welcome to stay and watch during the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
For dog sitting and in-home cat care services (defined as multiple days for more than one consecutive day) if cancelled within 7-14 days of the start date, Client will be responsible for 50% of the invoice for booked/confirmed services. If cancelled within 7 days of the start date, Client will be responsible for 100% of the invoice for booked/confirmed services. This also applies to services that are cut short, for instance, if the Client returns early and cancels remaining services.
Refund Policy
We process all refunds within thirty (30) days of cancellation of service. You may receive a refund for all unused portions of a service at cost minus a 25% cancellation fee. In the event of death, illness or injury of your pet (proof from Veterinarian is required), you will receive a 100% refund of the unused portion of your contracted services. You may also choose to apply remaining funds as credit on your account for future bookings.
