Return and Refund Policy

Catalog345 returns and replacement policy gives you an option to return or replace items purchased on Catalog345 for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller. A quality check will be done by the seller. If the picked up product pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

During pick up, our delivery agent will do a quality check on the return. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to replace an item, our delivery representative will first pick up the original product to be returned from you and on the other hand another delivery representative will deliver the new product to you. Please note that we are only able to offer exchange for the same product. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • Free product provided by brand
  • Innerwear, lingerie, deodorants/perfumes cannot be returned on account of hygiene
  • Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  • Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product as they can’t be resold
  • In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply

  • Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s)
How do I return or replace a product?

You can return products purchased from Catalog345 within the specified return /exchange period (please check product details page for the same). Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. You can return a product if:

  • Faulty/defective product
  • Physically damaged product
  • Unhappy with the product quality
  • The product is different from description on the website
  • Size/Fit issue

Returns for Orders that have been paid through Credit/Debit cards can be processed in the following ways:

  • Refund to the Credit/Debit card through which the order was placed
  • Store Credit for Order amount

Returns for COD Orders can be only through the following mode:

  • Store Credit - Store Credit has lifetime validity and can be used on all products
What if you have not received a refund yet?

First check your bank account again. The actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Refund Timelines:

Your refund will happen as per the below mentioned timelines. Please note that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.

Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking 5-15 working days from the refund initiation date
Store Credits 5-10 working days from the refund initiation date

Shipping Charges paid if any shall be non-refundable.
